MY STORYSince 2014, I’ve been navigating the rapidly-changing media and brand landscape while…well, navigating life itself.
From public radio producer to personal stylist to publicist — my early adult life saw a wide range of professional ventures. Why share this? I’m a staunch believer that the best publicists are those who’ve experienced the widest range of life adventures (in fact, some of my favorite hires have validated this ethos). How else do we come about our creative storytelling ideas?
In 2014, at 24 years old, I moved from WI to NYC on a whim and a prayer, and I never looked back. (Alright, I looked back a few times, primarily each year during SantaCon). From an unpaid PR internship (heh) off of Canal St., to a larger firm near the Holland Tunnel (KWT Global), to a boutique agency in Williamsburg (RVD Communications)— I’ve worked on tens of dozens of accounts big and small over the span of ~9 years.
In 2019, I left my role as Associate Vice President at RVD Communications (which I adored) to venture out on my own — prompted by another whim-and-a-prayer move, this time to Paris. Since then, I’ve consulted with dozens of brands and a handful of agencies — creating compelling PR strategies for US media.
